Things to note (I’m going to get very serious for a second):

There will be absolutely no drug usage tolerated on this trip, please note that drug usage in countries like Bali carry very severe sentences.

CRIMINAL PENALTIES: While you are traveling in Indonesia, you are subject to its laws. Foreign laws and legal systems can be vastly different from our own. Persons violating Indonesian laws, even unknowingly, may be arrested, or imprisoned. The Indonesian legal process is very slow, and cases can take months to be resolved. Suspects can be held without charges for up to 80 days, and in some cases longer, during pre-trial investigation.

Penalties for possession or use of, or trafficking in illegal drugs in Indonesia are severe, and convicted offenders can expect long jail sentences and heavy fines. A life sentence or the death penalty can be imposed in cases of drug trafficking. Several foreigners have been sentenced to death in recent years.

Indonesian prisons are harsh and do not meet Western standards.

I don’t want to scare you (maybe just a little) but this is a very serious topic.

Forget about drugs when you are partying in Indonesia as a foreigner you are a prized target for the police and therefore you are more at risk.

Travel Insurance

You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance cover. I recommend that you purchase travel insurance before the trip, however, it is not required.

One option is World Nomads. However, it is your responsibility to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that suits your needs and coverage requirements.

You are solely responsible for the cost of any travel insurance and ensuring that you are adequately insured for the full duration of the Getaway with respect to possible illness, injury, death, property damage, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and/or curtailment, and/or any other potential losses, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities (collectively “Losses”). You will be solely responsible for any Losses related to your failure to procure travel insurance. You are responsible for ensuring that your personal travel insurance covers you for any and all activities that form part of the itinerary of the trip.

It is an extraordinary commitment to bring this one of a kind immersive experience to our guests and, therefore ALL deposits are non-refundable and all monthly payments are non-refundable after 7 days, including deposits, late fees, full payments and installment payments.

Unforeseen situations may present themselves to our guests and for those circumstances, situations and occasions we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase Travel Insurance to cover your assets.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT NONREFUNDABLE?

Our vendor(s) require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the retreat. This is the only way we can plan ahead for your trip and it helps us provide the best experiences possible to our guests.

Traditional Balinese Cooking Class

  • Learn to cook authentic Balinese food! You'll start with a visit to a visit to the local market where you'll learn all about local ingredients. Then it's time to hit the kitchen, where you'll learn the art of making sauces and pastes as well as side dishes and main courses; which you’ll then get to eat! All guests take home a cookbook and completion certificate.

Elephant Tour

  • Bathe & lunch with Elephants -Wash, bathe and ride bareback on the elephants as they splash and play in their bathing lake, one of their favorite rituals of the day. Afterwards, sit back and enjoy a full buffet with a view of the Elephants drying off.

Uluwatu Temple Sunset Tour with Kecak Dance and Candlelight Dinner

  • Discover the amazing temple of Pura Luhur Uluwatu.The temple is perched on top of a steep cliff approximately 70 metres above sea level, which is one of the top places on the island to go to for incredible sunsets, with direct views overlooking the Indian Ocean.

  • This is your opportunity to watch the mesmerizing performance of a traditional Kecak dance performance at Uluwatu Temple.

  • Enjoy a candlelight dinner experience at Jimbaran bay on the beach

Mount Batur Hike

  • Wake up in the early morning (2-3am) to climb the island’s second-highest peak, enjoying the early dawn views from the top of this 5,600-foot (1,717-meter) active volcano. You’ll celebrate at the summit with a basic breakfast before finishing with a well-deserved soak in a natural hot spring

  • Visit to a Balinese coffee plantation

  • The tour ends at 1pm, spend the rest of your day relaxing.

I completely understand everyone’s budget is different, these tours are optional so don’t feel pressured to join.

All payments for Add-ons must be made by April 1st, I will include a payment option for each one on the payments page and you can also pay by Cash app/Venmo once I get a better sense of the number of people interested. No payments are required or will be accepted until i confirm that each activity will be running which will be based on the number of sign-ups.

Traditional Balinese evening ($45 per person)

  • Dress up in royal traditional balinese attire

  • Traditional Makeup by Balinese professionals (optional lol not sure how it would look on black women but we will make it work)

  • Take memorable professional pictures individually with all the ladies

  • Learn how to dance to Balinese music

Private Yacht party ($95 per person)

  • Join me for a private Yacht Party! We literally have the whole boat to ourselves , let’s set sail and enjoy the Balinese waters as the sun sets.

  • There will be a DJ and live saxophone player

  • Buffet style lunch included

  • Yes there will be fireworks!

  • Of course a private photographer to capture the moments and get some drone shots

Couldn’t pick 3?

The last day on the itinerary is designated as a personal day for you to make Bali your own. If you are interested in doing another tour on this day here are some options:
