Please note: Paying your deposit promptly is highly suggested due to limited availability, spots will be allocated on a rolling basis until the trip is full.
Not included: Flight Tickets, UAE Visa if applicable, and Personal Expenses.
Sign ups will stay open until the trip is full. If you sign up late we will provide adjusted payment schedules for you to catch up on your monthly payments by September 1st.

GETTING TO DUBAI
Your international flight will arrive at Dubai International Airport.

YOU’LL NEED TO HANDLE:
Flights - from wherever in the world you’re joining us from.
Travel insurance - You are responsible for obtaining your own travel insurance. Travel insurance is not required but it is recommended. I recommend World Nomads. Nevertheless, it is your responsibility to research travel insurance companies in your location and select an insurer that covers any potential flight cancellations and/or medical coverage abroad.
Visas and vaccinations – Visas are required to visit Dubai as a tourist. If you are a passport holder of countries such as Australia, Canada, and the United States of America, no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International Airport and proceed to Immigration, where your passport will be stamped with a 30-days visit visa-free of charge.

CAN I COME ALONE OR DO I HAVE TO COME WITH SOMEONE?
Either or! The great thing about these travel meet-ups is that it's a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded travelers and make new friendships. More than half of our guests are coming solo and a few are bringing a bestie or two!
WEATHER IN DUBAI IN OCTOBER
Summer! Don’t forget to bring your shades, sunscreen and a hat or headscarf. Loose, long-sleeved, lightweight clothing is advised!
For reference, the average maximum daytime temperature in Dubai in October is a very hot 36°C (97°F) with very high heat & humidity. The average night-time temperature is usually a warm 23°C (73°F). There are usually 10 hours of bright sunshine each day, which represents 85% of the 12 hours of daylight.
IF I CHANGE MY MIND, DO I GET A REFUND?
Because the accommodation and activities are paid for once you confirm your spot, all deposits are non-refundable 5 days after the payment is made.

Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and you have up to 7 days after payment is made to request a refund for all payments made towards the remaining balance after the deposit.
HOW MUCH FREE TIME IS THERE?
You have two afternoons/evenings of free time in the itinerary that you can use to relax, go out to explore or go shopping. However, all activities in the itinerary are optional so you are welcome to skip something in favor of some extra downtime!
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
All payments can be made through the website using any major credit card, you will receive an automatic invoice.
