Terms & Conditions

Before you skip over the legal stuff, let me give you a heads up: our terms and conditions are more interesting than a cat video. Seriously, give them a quick read and you won't regret it!

Booking & Payment

Upon booking, we require a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance has to be paid based on the payment schedule. If you anticipate any delays, please send an email to info@veerventures.net

Our vendor/local partner(s) -- hotels, guest speakers, excursion companies, etc. -- require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you we have to ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the trip and do make payments on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy

  • 30 - 60 days prior to departure: 70% of the total amount paid

  • Within 30 days prior to departure: 100% of the total amount paid

Payment Methods

Please make all payments through the payment links that is provided to you.

  • Stripe

We use Stripe as a secure payment method. Either Apple Pay or credit card payments are accepted. Please note that credit card

payments will incur a 4-5% transaction fee which is usually included in the overall trip price already.

Travel Insurance

Veer Ventures highly encourage travelers to purchase travel insurance that covers the following, but is not limited to:

  • Cancellation, personal liability, loss of luggage and international flight changes or cancellations.

  • All relevant activities you will undertake during the trip (this includes any sports-related activities such as hiking, skiing and cycling).

  • Personal accident, medical expenses, death and emergency repatriation.

  • Expenses related to COVID-19:

    • This should include medical cover in the case of being diagnosed with Coronavirus during your trip.

    • Trip cancellation due to being diagnosed with Coronavirus directly before your trip

Veer Ventures can provide options for travel insurance, but it is ultimately your responsibility to obtain it.

Liability

Veer Ventures cannot be held liable for any accident, illness, injury, loss, expenses or delays resulting from the customer’s participation in any services or activities.

Complaints

If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform your point of contact at Veer Ventures as soon as possible so that we can attempt to rectify the matter. If a satisfactory conclusion is not met by these means, then any proceeding complaints should be made in writing to Veer Ventures within 7 days of the final trip day otherwise the complaint will not be recognized.

Language

All tour directors, local hosts and local guides utilized by Veer Ventures speak English. Travelers should be able to speak, read and understand English.

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, mechanical issues, or other factors outside of our control. We will do our best to provide you with suitable alternatives and keep you informed of any changes.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to obtain and carry valid travel documents, such as passports and visas, and comply with any entry requirements. We are not responsible for any issues related to your travel documents.
